The whole experience was actually pretty wonderful, in my opinion
If you’re going to have any work done by an HVAC company, then you need to make sure that your HVAC technician is really great at communication. I feel like people who are trained and get their HVAC certifications should also have to take a communication class so that they are able to interact well with their customers. We have had some issues with service people in the past who just did not know how to communicate correctly. The last plumber that we had in our house working on our plumbing system basically just grunted all of his answers to any of my questions. However last weekend our central air conditioning went on the blink and we decided that we were going to call up one of the local HVAC companies to have them come and fix it. Whenever we called the HVAC company to make the appointment for the air conditioning repair, the people who answered the phone were awesome. They were great with scheduling and they were very happy to help us out. Everything was planned clearly and concisely. Then, the next day when the HVAC technician showed up for the appointment, he came right on time. He explained everything that he was going to be doing to our HVAC system, and then he actually talked us through it as he was working on it. The whole experience was actually pretty wonderful, in my opinion. The communication from the HVAC professionals was fantastic. I think that other companies could take cues from this particular HVAC company when it comes to dealing with their customers.
