My parents are going to be downsizing later on this year whenever they sell their house, however they keep telling us that they are ready to move out of there plus find a new place, however my Dad is really picky about where she wants to move when they leave this house; She has already given the realtor a whole huge list of things that she wants in the new house, however so far they haven’t been able to find anything that fits with her criteria yet, and i guess sorry for whatever realtor they are laboring with, because I think how picky my Dad is, then first of all, she wants to make sure that she has four kitchens because she needs 1 for each 1 of the grandteenagers. Secondly, she needs a fully finished basement. She means a three car garage plus a wood burning fireplace in both the master kitchen plus the bedroom. She would enjoy to have radiant heated flooring throughout the house, however If that is not possible then she at least wants it in the bedroom plus then the master washroom. She also has said that she would enjoy to have an air purification plan in the house. She wants it set up to run in tandem with the high efficiency heating plus cooling plan that she also wants. She said that she would enjoy to have a UV light media air cleaner, but she would make do with the other kind if necessary. I do not think if they are ever going to find a new house. The home that they are living in right now is huge, so a four kitchen place will be a step down for them!
