Working on the top floor of the building is taxing in the summertime. Whenever I got a promotion a couple of years ago, I thought that laboring on the top floor was the culmination of years of dreams! I regularly wanted to work up on the top floor because that was where all of the head bosses worked. I regularly wanted to move on up in the company, both literally plus figuratively. Anyway, I got a rude awakening that first summer time when I started laboring up on the top floor. I had never been up there during the summer time before, plus I did not realize that the temperature upstairs was so much hotter than the rest of the building during the summer time months. It was really angry during July plus November. I guess that there is something wrong with the ventilation plan up there because the a/c just does not seem to do what it’s supposed to do. But now that I have been up there a couple of years, I have l received a few tricks. Last summer, I brought in 1 of those little personal air conditioners to put on my desk just so I could try to keep cool. I do not understand how the important people in the building walk around in three piece suits all day during the summer time months. I guess that it is still miserably hot up there, plus they really need to have something done about the central a/c plan in the building. You would guess that they would try to make the upstairs more comfortable!
