I don’t know which is more validating and wonderful. Owning my very own home is just awesome. But having the very latest in residential HVAC replete with all the trending HVAC technology could be better. That might seem strange given that a house is more than just the quality heating and air inside of it. But when you come from my perspective, heating and cooling comfort is a premium essential these days. I grew up in a house that had meager heating and cooling at best. College was all extreme radiant heating in the dorms in the winter with no HVAC cooling when it got warm. Then, it was the so totally mediocre heating and cooling of every apartment I’ve ever lived in. So when I was able to finally save enough for a downpayment on a house, the first thing I did was to replace the HVAC equipment. This had to happen anyway as the rest of the house had plenty of things that needed attention. But I wanted to really invest when it came to the residential HVAC. The HVAC contractor was so essential when it came to that and made the whole HVAC replacement process easy. I love the heating and cooling system I have in this house. The smart thermostat keeps the quality heating and air regulated perfectly. It adds to the efficiency that the high SEER rated HVAC equipment already has. I couldn’t be more proud to be a homeowner. It’s everything I had hoped it would be. But having this level of quality heating and air is remarkable.
