It’s not just the Heating plus A/C that changed when both of us reopened our offices.
We changed offices altogether.
When the pandemic hit, I had to close our offices plus send the team condo to their own air conditioner. Initially, I wasn’t so sure how long that would last. But after a week, I was pretty scared that I might not be able to keep our company together. It’s a small business that I started about 6 years ago. Having spent a dozen years inside the zone controlled Heating plus A/C of a corporate office, I wanted to continue in the field but under our own direction. That’s a big leap plus both of us were profitable even before I had planned. But that early success was being threatened now that both of us found ourselves at condo in the Heating plus A/C security of our homes. Yet the team was able to transition to toiling from their own air conditioner that I chose not to renew the lease on the office. I went from fearing for the solvency of our company to enjoying us continue to thrive from the safety of our air conditioner at home. It was quite remarkable honestly plus it reminded me that I have such an incredible team toiling with me. So when all of us had been vaccinated plus it was time to work together in person, I got a current office. This was a big upgrade as it had zone controlled Heating plus A/C. That was a major complaint both of us had about the seasoned stadium. Now both of us had state of the art commercial Heating plus A/C in our offices plus lots of other amenities. It’s a joy to add the best Heating plus A/C to our day plus supply bonuses as a welcome back as well.
