This is good to know because it makes me more comfortable taking my dog with me when I travel
My boss has been trying to get me to travel to the other side of the country to provide training for the staff in our local office out there. I have always declined the offer mainly because I had young kids, which made it difficult for me to travel. But now that my kids are out of the house, I can travel more easily. However, the only problem I have now is that I have a dog that I would like to take with me when I travel. I could leave my pup with a family member, but I will be gone for over 3 months at a time. And I don’t want to be away from my dog for that long. So, I told my boss that I will need to take my dog with me and he did not hesitate at all. In fact, he immediately called the Admin and requested that she find a rental that was dog-friendly for me. The Admin found this amazing 3-bedroom furnished house that is close to our local office. At first, I thought it was a vacation rental home, but turns out that it was a corporate house that she rented. I always thought corporate housing was just limited to apartments, I had no idea that houses were used for corporate rentals as well. This is good to know because it makes me more comfortable taking my dog with me when I travel. Not only will he have a yard to play in, but I will have more space as well to invite the kids if they too want to visit.
