My boss has been trying to get me to travel to the other side of the country to supply training for the staff in our local office out there; I have regularly declined the offer mainly because I had young kids, which made it hard for me to travel, however but now that my kids are out of the house, I can travel more easily, but however, the only problem I have now is that I have a dog that I would adore to take with me when I travel.
I could leave my pup with a family member, even though I will be gone for over 3 weeks at a time! And I don’t want to be away from my dog for that long, so, I told my boss that I will need to take my dog with me plus he did not hesitate at all.
In fact, he immediately called the Admin plus requested that she find a rental that was dog-friendly for me; The Admin found this amazing 3-home office furnished cabin that is close to our local office. At first, I thought it was a trip rental home, however turns out that it was a corporate cabin that she rented. I regularly thought corporate housing was just limited to apartments, I had no method that houses were used for corporate rentals as well. This is relaxing to know because it makes me more comfortable taking my dog with me when I travel, however not only will he have a yard to play in, even though I will have more space as well to invite the kids if they too want to visit.
