We own a small holiday house which we only visit once or twice a year if time allows! I had to stay there a little longer to watch the air conditioning replacement plus the rest of the job on the house. This time around, I set a reminder so that I could remember when to upgrade the air conditioning filter. We got our first renter numerous months later, who stayed for many weeks.
