My boss put me on probation after she found a joint in our labor truck, then that joint must have fallen out of our jacket pocket, because I genuinely wasn’t smoking pot in the labor truck! Then I do not even use recreational drugs when I am at work, because I assume how important it is to have a clear mind when working on heating and air-conditioning systems.
I tried to tell our boss that the joint did not belong to me, although I was the only lady working in the repair service truck the previous afternoon… My boss told me that I am on probation for next week.
If she even smells anything strange, I will lose our task. I am doing our best to follow all of the rules. I do not smoke at all during the afternoon. The only reason I had a marijuana joint in our jacket was due to the fact that I wore that the previous evening when I went outside to stand on the porch. My boss at the heating as well as A/C provider entirely cannot say anything to me about what I do in our own free time at home. Cannabis sativa is legal in this state for medical and recreational use, then still, I cannot use the substance at work. I entirely wish that our boss would not have found anything in the heating as well as the A/C labor truck, because now she has the wrong impression about me. I am one of the hardest workers in the whole heating, ventilation, and A/C repair business. I am the last girl that would ever be caught smoking on the task.
