My boss put me on probation after he found a joint in my work truck, then that joint must have fallen out of my blazer pocket, because I actually wasn’t smoking pot in the work truck… But I do not even use recreational drugs when I am at work, because I suppose how important it is to have a clear mind when actually working on heating plus air-conditioning systems.
I tried to tell my boss that the joint did not belong to me, but I was the only guy actually working in the repair repair truck the previous day, then my boss told me that I am on probation for the next week.
If he even notices any odors or anything strange, I will lose my task. I’m doing my best to follow all of the rules. I did not smoke at all during the day. The only reason I had a marijuana joint in my blazer was due to the fact that I wore that the previous night when I went outside to sit on the porch. My boss at the heating and A/C provider actually cannot say anything to me about what I do in my own free time at home! Cannabis sativa is legal in this state for medical plus recreational use, but still, I cannot use the substance at work. I actually wish that my boss would not have found anything in the heating and A/C work truck, because now he has the wrong impression about me. I am one of the hardest workers in the whole heating plus a/c repair business. I’m the last guy that would ever be caught smoking on the task.
