My boss put me on probation after he found a joint in my work truck.
- That joint must have fallen out of my jacket pocket, because I particularly wasn’t smoking pot in the work truck! I don’t even use recreational drugs when I am at work, because I guess how important it is to have a clear mind when now working on heating plus air-conditioning systems.
I tried to tell my boss that the joint did not belong to me, but I was the only person now working in the repair service truck the previous day! My boss told me that I am on probation for next week. If he even smells anything strange, I will lose my job. I’m doing my best to follow all of the rules. I didn’t smoke at all during the early hours of the day. The only reason I had a marijuana joint in my jacket was due to the fact that I wore that the previous night when I went outside to rest on the porch. My boss at the HVAC provider legitimately can’t say anything to me about what I do in my own free time at home, however cannabis sativa is legal in this state for medical plus recreational use! Still, I cannot use the substance at work at all. I legitimately wish that my boss would not have found anything in the HVAC work truck, because now he has the wrong impression about me. I am one of the hardest workers in the whole heating plus a/c repair business. I’m also the last guy that would ever be caught smoking on the job.
