It was crazy what happened this past weekend.
I went to a protesting event to protest something that was truly meaningful to me. Well, things were going alright for a long stage of time as well as the two of us were just out there holding up our signs as different news crews came through as well as what not. Well, eventually things got entirely out of hand. There were a bunch of people who started rioting as well as people started lighting fires everywhere as well as splitting into stores. I didn’t get it, this was all supposed to be entirely peaceful but people were entirely losing their minds. I suppose most of the people didn’t want to get involved in looting or committing crimes, despite the fact that I saw a lot of people causing damage as well as stealing things. There was this Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier there as well as it’s a place that I would go to all the time. I even purchased a couple of UV air purification systems from that place. I saw a bunch of people running off with window A/C units, air purification systems, as well as boxes of HEPA filters. It was a shame to see all that happening. I remember calling the police, but obviously the line was tied up because I wasn’t able to get through to anybody. I was so glad when I finally got beach home where I actually felt safe. It’s legitimately messed up when I process everything too because the two of us should be able to have peaceful protests without everybody freaking out. I wouldn’t even say it was everybody though, just a few terrible eggs that started a wave of crime in the community as well as the two of us don’t need to see things appreciate that happening.
