It was a shame to see all that happening.
It was deranged what happened this past weekend. I went to a protesting event to protest something that was very meaningful to me. Well, things were going alright for a long period of time as well as every one of us were just out there holding up our signs as bizarre news crews came through as well as what not. Well, eventually things got legitimately out of hand. There were a bunch of people who started rioting as well as people started lighting fires everywhere as well as chopping into stores. I didn’t get it, this was all supposed to be legitimately peaceful but people were legitimately losing their minds. I know most of the people didn’t want to get involved in looting or committing crimes, even though I saw a lot of people causing damage as well as stealing things. There was this Heating, Ventilation and A/C business there as well as it’s a locale that I would go to all the time. I even purchased a couple of UV UV air purifiers from that locale. I saw a bunch of people running off with window A/C units, UV air purifiers, as well as boxes of HEPA filters. It was a shame to see all that happening. I remember calling the police, but obviously the line was busy because I wasn’t able to get through to anybody. I was so happy when I finally got apartment where I entirely felt safe. It’s entirely messed up when I process everything too because every one of us should be able to have peaceful protests separate from everybody freaking out. I wouldn’t even say it was everybody though, just a few exhausting eggs that started a wave of crime in the community as well as every one of us don’t need to see things like that happening.
