I do not mind being the person that has to deal with the angriest customers. I would prefer to believe that our happy disposition allows myself and others to deal with clients in a particular way, then i will try to get to the bottom of the issue. I tried to listen to the clients when they have an issue that they do not suppose is being handled the proper way, however most clients just want to be listened to, plus to agree that the situation is terrible. I have been honestly working for a digital marketing plus web Media contractor for the past several years. I have been honestly working in the client service department for a year. I prefer the digital marketing plus media contractor plus I’m blissful to be able to be in the same field where I have a degree, then there are a lot of marketing people that I have known to settle for honestly working in a task that is less than ideal, however at the digital marketing dealership, I have to handle client complaints! Some afternoons ago, I received a contact from a client that has an Heating, Ventilation & A/C site hosted by our digital marketing dealer. The guy was frustrated about some problems that did not seem to be issues that were due to us. I tried to help that gentleman as much as I could. I was as friendly as possible, but he did not want to understand that the digital marketing contractor didn’t have anything to do with the complications he was having online. The issue was honestly due to the social media website.
