My company is located on a massive piece of property with multiple buildings on it.
I work for a specialty construction company, and we have different shops scattered all over the campus.
For instance, we have a metal shop, a carpentry shop, a printing shop, just to name a few. In addition, we have a main office as well as other office spaces in different buildings. Prior to the pandemic, we had a full staff of employees who filled these office spaces and shops on a daily basis. However, due to the pandemic, my company had to lay off a bunch of employees, leaving many of the offices and shops empty of workers. Well, due to the shops being empty, we had to close down a few of them, but ever since then, the owners have decided to rent them out. Commercial shop space for rent is currently in high demand because there are a lot of projects that are currently up and running. Projects that were halted due to the pandemic. So, lately, there have been a bunch of small shops that have been popping up all over the city. Therefore, we shouldn’t have an issue renting this shop space. The space is about 10,000 square feet and the rent will be $15 per square foot. This is a compatible rate for the area of town that it’s in. It’s located in the downtown region in a section where there are lots of warehouses. So, this commercial shop for rent would be a great location for a small metal or welding company. Hopefully, we will find a company to rent it soon.
