My supplier is situated on a big piece of property with many buildings on it. I work for a specialty construction supplier, and we have odd shops scattered all over the campus. For instance, we have a metal shop, a carpentry shop, a printing shop, just to name a few. In addition, we have a main office and other office spaces in different buildings. Prior to the pandemic, we had a full staff of employees who filled these office spaces and shops on a weekly basis. Due to the pandemic, my supplier had to lay off a bunch of employees, leaving many of the offices and shops empty of workers, well, due to the shops being empty, we had to close down a few of them, ever since then, the owners have decided to rent them out, and commercial shop section for rent is currently in high demand because there are a lot of projects that are currently up and running. Projects that were halted due to the pandemic, lately, there have been a bunch of small shops that have been popping up all over the city, we shouldn’t have an issue renting this shop space. The part is about 10,000 square feet and the rent will be $15 per square foot. This is a compatible rate for the part of the community that it’s in. It’s situated in the downtown region in a section where there are lots of warehouses. So, this commercial shop for rent would be a wonderful location for a small metal or welding supplier. Hopefully, we will find a supplier to rent it soon.
