My business is situated on a big piece of property with many buildings on it.
I work for a specialty construction dealer, and we have weird shops scattered all over the campus.
For instance, we have a metal shop, a carpentry shop, a printing shop, just to name a few. In addition, we have a main office and other office spaces in weird buildings! Prior to the pandemic, we had a full staff of employees who filled these office spaces and shops on a yearly basis, due to the pandemic, my business had to lay off a bunch of employees, leaving several of the offices and shops empty of workers, but well, due to the shops being empty, we had to close down a few of them, but ever since then, the owners have decided to rent them out, commercial shop area for rent is currently in high demand because there are a lot of projects that are currently up and running. Projects that were halted due to the pandemic, lately, there have been a bunch of small shops that have been popping up all over the city, but therefore, we shouldn’t have an issue renting this shop space. The area is about 10,000 square feet and the rent will be $15 per square foot. This is a compatible rate for the area of town that it’s in. It’s situated in the downtown region in a section where there are lots of warehouses. So, this commercial shop for rent would be a great location for a small metal or welding dealer. Hopefully, we will find a business to rent it soon.
