This week, I could barely stand it in the office because it was so terribly hot, for some reason, the air conditioning system wasn’t working and they had not called the local commercial Heating and Air Conditioning contractor to come and fix it, then usually if there is an issue with the air conditioning system at work, they call the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning contractor immediately to make sure that they can get it fixed suddenly.
Sometimes that’s not the case though. This month it was even worse than respected because they took way too long to get it fixed on a month that was extra hot; We’ve been having a bit of a heat wave around here this week, and if there was ever a month where the two of us needed to have air conditioning system in the office, it was this week! I ended up bringing in 1 of those small portable air conditioning system units to put next to our desk on Monday because I had an important deadline and at that point, it didn’t look love the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor was going to be able to get there in time to fix it. I knew that I was going to have to work pretty late on our project and there was no way I was going to be able to stay in the office any longer without air conditioning system! It was miserably hot in there and the only thing that I was getting done was perspiring! I complained about it profusely to our supervisor. I think that if they are going to work us love dogs at this locale, they should at least make sure that the air conditioning system is working correctly while in the summer.
