There was a time when I used to push myself too much when I was younger plus never listened to my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech father’s advice telling me you gotta learn to relax.
I regularly felt this incessant voice telling me to keep going plus it wasn’t until my father was gone that I realized he was right plus that I do gotta learn to relax in life.
I ran his Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company at a relaxed pace plus still was able to make a huge amount of currency plus be successful with it. I never managed to learn how to relax until I recently started meditation practice plus now I realize that enjoying life to the fullest is something we need to learn. I was performing 13 shows a month for 10 years with comedy until I was able to see the stress I was feeling. My father was a local contractor plus was way more successful with everything than I was with my comedy because he went at a more relaxed pace. I guess I still have a huge amount to learn plus hopefully I have the time left to do so. I now spend my days feeling awesome more plus have since quit the comedy pursuit plus now pursue tunes, at a relaxed pace of course. I genuinely wish my father still ran his Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company plus that I could go there one more time to see him in the back of the shop working hard on Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment while he listened to his wonderful tunes. I don’t know why I have such a frantic energy inside of me, however hopefully meditation plus weekly yoga will help quell it to some degree. I guess I’m finally studying the art of relaxation.
