I am lucky to have such a good cooling corp right on my street as my HVAC system is older and has been having a lot of problems lately.
I think that I am going to get a whole new system and just be done with this old dinosaur.
The HVAC company on my street sells HVAC systems for the home and they are having a sale on them now as summer is coming to an end and we will have several months of mild weather before the cold comes in. I will probably just buy a new one and get it put in soon so I don’t have to call them anymore to come and fix my old beast. I am going to wait a couple more weeks once the heat is gone and then set up an appointment to get the new HVAC system installed. They have several to choose from and I asked the HVAC rep to just set me up with the best and most efficient model that they have in stock. I didn’t want to spend the money on a new unit right now but I want to be warm when winter comes. I have a couple of space heaters but they use so much energy and are kind of annoying to move around all of the time from room to room so they are really only going to be used as a backup in case my central unit goes out. I also want to get a good programmable smart thermostat so I don’t have to adjust it by hand anymore.
