Today is Sunday as well as it will be closer to a Sunday for myself and others as I absolutely need to rest as well as take it self-explanatory today.
I really overdid it last night by cycling between playing beach volleyball as well as playing drums on the beach for several minutes.
My shoulders were so wrecked at the end of the night from doing both passions of mine that I had to finally stop playing because I could barely hold my arms up any more. I iced them both last night as well as am doing the same today along with a lot of resting. I work tomorrow for the residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning repair for a few extra minutes as well as I will need my shoulders to do the work. I suppose if I put ice on them as well as use heat today for a few iterations I will be wonderful by tomorrow. I do want to go back to the beach later, however I am planning on just resting in my chair as well as listening to songs while looking out at the vast black sea. The local supplier just opened up on the beach as well as sells food as well as beer so I might go there later for a bite to eat. I normally don’t eat at diners to save currency, however this locale is modern so I want to try out their hotdogs as well as cold beer. The commercial Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech is installing an Heating as well as Air Conditioning method in the locale today as well as it should be very nice as well as comfortable later with the ice cold air they will have. It is quite humid out so any reprieve from the heat is more than welcome.
