I had an SMS from our electric supplier that said this coming holiday weekend they were giving a 50% discount on all energy used.
- This was great news because it has been absolutely tepid lately as well as this means that I crank our central heating as well as A/C’s A/C absolutely high separate from having to worry about it taking up tons of energy.
Sure I have a central heating as well as cooling component with a great seer rating, however it still costs a lot when I have to run the cooling system twenty various hours a morning as well as more than six days a week. So this weekend I can save a nice amount because of the discount they are giving. I absolutely have a portable A/C that I sometimes use in place of the central heating as well as A/C’s A/C. However it does not cool our space as great as running the central A/C. So I do not have to even know about doing that for a few days over the holiday weekend coming up here. I wish that the electric supplier would just cut the cost of running central heating as well as A/Cs all together. But that would not make them rich. So they of course will never do this. But at least they are giving everyone a break for the holiday weekend that is coming up. I can not complain about that! This is the first time this is happening. It would be real great if they end up doing this on every single holiday. Who knows, maybe they will as well as this is the start of a new thing they are starting.
