The butcher called for an AC check

It’s been a while since I have been to a butcher, but I went to a shop last week to help a customer with a commercial AC repair.

One of my specialties is commercial AC machines.

These large machines are much bigger than residential air conditioners and they require additional knowledge and safety measures. When I was hired to work at the HVAC business, the owner specifically said he was looking for someone with commercial experience. Since I was hired, the owner has picked up several new accounts, including the butcher shop. My parents used to go to the butcher all of the time when I was a kid, but there wasn’t a grocery store close to our home. Since there are grocery stores and supercenters all over the place, there really isn’t a need for a local butcher anymore. I went to the shop to see the butcher. The place was really big and they had a large selection of chicken, turkey, fish, beef, and pork. The butcher also had a selection of odd meats like boar, venison, and rabbit. The owner of the store met with me and we discussed the problems with the AC unit. I grabbed my tools from the truck and spent most of the afternoon working on the AC repair. When I was finished, the butcher gave me a rack of ribs as a tip. The ribs were some of the nicest cuts of meat that I have seen in a long time. They looked a lot nicer than anything I’ve seen at the grocery store.
