It’s been a fairly long time since I have been to a butcher, although I went to a shop the other week to help a purchaser with a commercial AC repair.
One of my specialties is commercial AC devices. These immense machines are much bigger than residential cooling systems and they require additional expertise and safety measures. When I was hired to work at the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, the owner recognizably said she was looking for someone with commercial experience. Since I was hired, the owner has picked up various current accounts, including the butcher shop. My parents used to go to the butcher regularly when I was a kid, however there wasn’t a grocery store close to our home. Since there are grocery stores and supercenters all over the arena, there absolutely isn’t a need for a local butcher anymore. I went to the shop to see the butcher. The arena was absolutely big and they had an immense selection of chicken, turkey, fish, beef, and pork. The butcher also had a selection of unusual meats such as boar, venison, and rabbit. The owner of the store met with me and we discussed the troubles with the AC device. I grabbed my tools from the truck and spent most of the afternoon working on the AC repair. When I was eventually done, the butcher gave me a rack of ribs as a tip. The ribs were some of the nicest cuts of meat that I have seen in a long time. They looked a lot nicer than anything I have seen at the grocery store too.
