It’s been a fairly long time since I have been to a butcher.

Since I was hired, the owner has picked up quite a few new accounts, including the butcher shop. My parents used to go to the butcher often when I was a kid, however there wasn’t a grocery store close to our dwelling. Since there are grocery stores as well as supercenters everywhere these days, there isn’t a need for a local butcher anymore. I ended up going to the shop to see the butcher. The location was rather immense as well as they had a wonderful selection of chicken, turkey, fish, beef, as well as pork. The butcher also had a selection of strange meats like boar, venison, as well as rabbit. The owner of the store met with me as well as we discussed the problems with the AC appliance. I got my tools from the truck as well as spent most of the day working on the AC repair. When I was finished, the butcher gave me a massive rack of ribs as a tip. The ribs were some of the best cuts of meat that I have seen in a long time. They looked so much nicer than anything I’ve seen at the grocery store.
