It’s been a pretty long time since I have been to a butcher.
I went to a shop not very long ago to help a purchaser with a commercial AC equipment repair.
One of my specialties is commercial AC machines. These massive machines are much larger than residential cooling systems & they require additional know-how & safety measures. When I was hired to task at the HVAC business, the owner certainly said he was looking for someone with commercial experience. Since I was hired, the owner has picked up numerous new accounts, including the butcher shop. My parents used to go to the butcher all of the time when I was a little one, however there wasn’t a grocery store close to our property. Since there are grocery stores & supercenters everywhere now, there easily is not a need for a local butcher anymore. I went to the shop to see the butcher. The place was pretty big & they had a big selection of chicken, turkey, fish, beef, & pork. The butcher also had a pretty amazing selection of odd meats such as boar, venison, & rabbit. The owner of the store met with me & we discussed the troubles with the AC equipment. I grabbed my tools from the truck & spent most of the day legitimately working on the AC equipment repair. When I was finished, the butcher provided me with a rack of ribs as a pressing tip. The ribs were some of the finest cuts of meat that I have seen in a long time. They looked way better than anything I have seen at the grocery store.
