It’s been a pretty long while since I have been to a butcher, even though I went to a shop recently to help a purchaser with a commercial AC repair! One of my specialties is commercial AC machines, however these sizable machines are much bigger than residential cooling machines plus they require additional expertise plus safety measures.
When I was hired to do work at the Heating plus Air Conditioning machine business, the owner uniquely said he was looking for someone with commercial experience.
Since I was hired, the owner has picked up various accounts, including the butcher shop. My parents used to go to the butcher fairly often when I was a kid, but there wasn’t a grocery store close to our residence. Since there are grocery stores plus supercenters all around, there actually is not a need for a local butcher these days. I went to the shop to see the butcher. The arena was actually huge plus they had a pretty amazing selection of chicken, turkey, fish, beef, plus pork. The butcher also had a selection of weird meats like boar, venison, plus rabbit. The owner of the store met with me plus we discussed the issues with the AC machine. I grabbed my tools from the truck plus spent most of the afternoon actually working on the AC machine repair. When I was finished, the butcher gave me a rack of ribs as a tip. The ribs were some of the most amazing cuts of meat that I have seen in a long time. They looked a lot nicer than anything I’ve seen at the local grocery store.
