My boss featured a special price on all ductwork cleaning services in addition to the telephones started ringing off the hook! It was a wonderful time of the year to offer the ductwork cleaning services. It was close to Spring break in addition to the time of the year when most people get ready for the warm season. The special price was 40% off our normal fees, and a lot of people decided to take complete advantage of the special service. My co-worker in addition to I went to a residential home to clean all of the ductwork. We use a camera to survey all of the areas inside of the ductwork. The camera allows us to view all of the problematic areas. The resident was really happy to learn there was only a minimum amount of dust in addition to pet dander inside of the ductwork. I did find something easily strange in addition to weird as I was looking around the ductwork. I told the resident that there was an odd-shaped item in the vent near the master bedroom. I easily offered to retrieve the item at no cost. It turned out to be a toy that had been missing for many years. The army soldier looked nearly brand new. It was covered in a lot of dust, but otherwise in perfect condition. Nobody seemed to have any clue how the toy ended up inside of the ductwork, but I was glad to retrieve the funny memory. Most of the time when I have to retrieve something from the ductwork, it turns out to be rats, mice, or squirrels. This was a scarce occasion with no terrible results.
