I recently bought a brand new home. And I paid high dollar for it and got a mortgage that will be at least 30 years paying off. But I really hit the jackpot with this home purchase! Why did I hit the jackpot with this recent home purchase? Well, because it came with a brand new, up to date and very expensive central heating and air conditioning system unit! I did not have to pay 1 extra cent for it. It was part of the home purchase. Not only that, but it also came with a smart thermostat as well that was completely brand new. I have possibly the very latest and greatest in heating and air conditioning equipment for just a fraction of the real price because I lucked out enough to have all of this be part of the home that I recently purchased! I don’t know anyone else that had got so lucky with something like this. I feel really lucky that this landed in my lap. The one thing I do plan on doing just to be safe is to call the local heating and air conditioning company and have them send out one of their most certified heat and a/c specialist to do an HVAC tune up and check up on my central heating and cooling system just to make sure everything is ok with it. I know it is completely brand new and up to date, but it does not hurt to be on the safe side of things.
