I was so thankful for having a portable air conditioning system in my house. My central heating and air conditioning system had broke down during a very hot summer day a few months back and the heating and cooling company could not get anyone out to repair it on the same day. Under different circumstances I would have had to go to a hotel for the night and waste a few hundred bucks. But because I had a portable air conditioning system I was able to pull that out, plug it in and cool whatever room I was in throughout the day as well as the night. It was almost like still having my central heating and air conditioning system fully working because the portable air conditioning system was so powerful. I was real lucky to have it. I nearly did not buy a portable air conditioning system and had no interest in one. Until one day I was shopping at this one outlet store and then I found one that was on sale for a really great price. This is what made me buy the portable air conditioning system. I had not used it but one time and put it in the closet. But for heating and cooling emergencies such as this it made it all worth it to have it! It saved me a few hundred bucks on hotel costs and food for the night. I love it how things sometimes just work out for the very best. And this portable air conditioning system thing was a good example of just that.
