The other day when I was at work I had an extra long day unexpected. I did get paid overtime for it though. You see I work as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist for one of our local heat and a/c companies here in town. I was at my last heating and cooling repair job of the day and it was one that was extra hard and had a lot of issues causing me to have to work about an hour after I was supposed to be off work and on my way home. When working in the heating and air conditioning business sometimes this is something that can not be avoided. It is not like you can just quit and walk away then pick up the next day. When you are repairing central heating and air conditioning systems at someone’s home you have to complete the job till it is fixed no matter what the case. Unless of course there is a situation where you need to order a part for the central heating and air conditioning system that you do not have with you. Then you have no choice but to come back the next day when the part is available to continue the repair of the central heating and air conditioning system unit. That can be really tough on a customer as they would most likely have to go to a hotel overnight if this were to happen during a heat and a/c breakdown in extreme weather. This is the sheer dedication that us heating and cooling specialists have.
