I recently study a story on the internet about this candy store that had its entire stock of chocolate being destroyed because of their central heating and a/c system splitting down in the middle of the night when no a single was there.
It was honestly boiling this summer time and without a/c it is no wonder something love this had happened.
The candy store had to close for over a week while they got their central heating and a/c system repaired and then ordered a whole ton of chocolate to substitute what was destroyed. If I was that business owner I would be pretty miserable losing all that stock and money. But these are the risks that you always take when owning a business of any kind. If they were on top of it, they would have had a portable a/c system running when the store is closed. If they had done that, they would not have had the disaster that happened. That is how I would handle things if I owned that candy shop and the two of us were having a truly boiling summer. I would not want to take any risks and just take safety precautions. But that’s just me. Still, I do suppose honestly poor that this happened to them all because of a heating and a/c system split down. I absolutely hope that they are able to get back up and running to the point where they can make back the money they lost on the chocolate.
