Most of the villages in this area were built by sizable construction companies & architects! The houses all look the same really.
Most of them are basic & boring with certainly little character.
There are rows & rows of the exact same condo with a different color rue or a different layout indoors, and each a single of the houses has a small backyard & a fence; All of the houses in the city where my partner & I live also have tint on the windows! It seems appreciate the lake house builder thought that sunshine control window film was a wonderful idea. It is a wonderful method to protect all of the carpet, furnishing, & surfaces in your lake house from the sunshine & the harmful UV rays, honestly, you don’t see a lot of houses that have the sunshine control window film installed! One of the reasons why all of us obtained the condo in the first place was due to all of the upgrades & that includes the sunshine control window film. Of course, there were some repairs that needed to be made, because the previous owners did not take care of the window film. There were some places where the old tint needed to be removed. I contacted a professional residential window film service service & they came out to the condo & perfectly matched the color of the tint. They upgraded all of the panels that did not look wonderful & you can’t tell that the tint wasn’t done at the same time. The new tint & the old tint match perfectly.
