I think it’s important to have a good diet that is filled with healthy fruits and vegetables and vitamin rich foods.
I do my best to eat well.
I have a salad for lunch every single day and I eat lean proteins like salmon, trout and chicken and good fats like avocado or coconut for dinner. A lot of people my age aren’t in very good health and I want to make sure that I can stay healthy for as long as I want. There is a guy that works in the HVAC profession and he looks very fit. The guy has been to my home on several occasions to help with heating and AC repairs. The guy looks fit and trim and he is in really good shape. The guy has got to be 70 years old. The man might even be the owner of the company for all I know. What I do know is that the HVAC technician is always fit and looking good. I hope that I can look that good when I get to his age. If the key to good health is eating right and exercising daily, then I am definitely headed in the right direction. I eat good foods and I exercise as well. I belong to a gym and I go there frequently to work out and exercise. I can run about 5 miles on the treadmill without stopping for a break and that is on the second highest speed for the treadmill. My cardiovascular fitness is off the chain.
