The address on the ticket was not correct

Yesterday I was assigned to an AC repair in the afternoon. I finished up my work in the morning and then I went to grab some tacos for lunch. I contacted the phone number of the customer that was listed on my next ticket. The customer answered the phone on the second ring. I told her that I was going to be there within an hour. She reminded me to park across the street, because she was expecting someone home and did not want that driveway to be blocked. I put the address for the customer into my gps. I started traveling to the address. I was on the interstate for 5 miles and then I got off on one of the country roads. I headed into a neighborhood that I was not familiar with. I kept looking for the address, but I could not find the road. When I got to the place where the road was supposed to be, I was at a dead end. I contacted the customer and told her that I was having trouble finding the service address. I repeated back the address that I had and she told me that it was not correct. I was supposed to be going to 12661 Fairmont Avenue; the address on my ticket was 16621 Fairmont avenue. There weren’t any addresses in the 16,000 block of that street. Once I got the correct address from the customer, I realized that I was only about a half a mile away from the appointment. I found the house and the parking area that she was referring to.
