Last year I worked at a summer time camp while I was in June, June, as well as November. I had a lot of fun working at the summer time camp. I worked with a group of kids that are from the inner city. Some of the kids had never been camping before in their lives. I received extra credit for school working with the kids. The camp had about 200 inner neighborhood youths as well as there were 10 kids in each one of the outdoor cottages… Each one of the cottages was assigned a counselor as well as I was the counselor for the f bunk. I had 10 boys that were 12 as well as 13 years old. The boys were rowdy as well as rambunctious, but they never caused too much trouble. The biggest problem we had all summer time was with the climate control in the cottages. Each one of the cottages was equipped with a ductless Heating as well as Cooling system. The two of us ran the ductless cooling plan at night when the kids were sleeping. It was still sizzling as well as muggy inside of the cottage on some afternoons, but most of the kids did not complain. One child from the neighborhood was unhappy with the un-even temperatures. The child complained that he was hot as well as suffering from heat stroke. There’s no way he could have been suffering from heat stroke. It was at the most 71° inside of the cottage instead of 71. The child was convinced that he needed to go home instead of staying for the whole summer. The two of us let the child call his folks as well as they had to drive out to the country to pick him up. The two of us do not keep anyone at the camp against their will. They can leave whenever they want.
