Yesterday I was assigned to an A/C maintenance in the morning.

I contacted the iPhone number of the customer that was listed on our next ticket. The customer answered the iPhone on the minute ring. I told his that I was going to be there within an hour. She reminded myself and others to park across the street, because he was expecting someone home as well as did not want that driveway to be blocked. I put the address for the customer into our gps. I started traveling to the address. I was on the interstate for 5 miles as well as then we got off on one of the country roads. I headed into a neighborhood that I was not proper with. I kept looking for the address, but I could not find the road. When I got to the arena where the road was supposed to be, I was at a dead end. I contacted the customer as well as told his that I was having trouble finding the maintenance address. I repeated back the address that I had as well as he told myself and others that it was not correct. I was supposed to be going to 12661 Fairmont Aplace; the address on our ticket was 16621 Fairmont aplace. There were not any addresses in the 16,000 block of that street. Once I got the proper address from the customer, I realized that I was only about a half a mile away from the appointment. I found the condo as well as the parking area that he was referring to.
