The women who had done the replacement had left a gigantic mess all over my basement plus yard.
They left all the packaging from the oil furnace plus air conditioner unit lying where they unfastend it. I couldn’t suppose that anyone would leave someone’s property looking this bad. It made myself and others wonder what their homes looked like? I grabbed my cell phone plus called the Heating plus Air Conditioning business. When they answered the phone, I told them I wanted to speak to the owner of the business. The woman tried to field my call, even though I was insistent. I told her about the mess plus how I thought they should hold someone responsible. I wanted to have them sent back to my home to scrub up the cartons plus the other debris that was lying around. I didn’t even realize she had transferred myself and others until I heard an different voice asking for my name plus address. An hour later, more than one Heating plus Air Conditioning repair vans pulled up to my home. The more than two women who were at my home got out of 1 van. Another woman got out of the hour van. She asked if these were the women who had left the mess, plus she then introduced himself as the owner. I thought I would see an ancient man, however she wasn’t much older than I was. Within twenty minutes, they had cleaned everything plus put all the mess in their van. She told them to turn in their uniforms when they got back plus she apologized to myself and others for what they did..
