My good friend told me she wanted to live in a haunted property.
I honestly thought she was a strange duck, however who was I to tell her? I swore I would never stay in the haunted property with her, but I took her to see one that was for sale. I knew the property wasn’t really haunted, but I didn’t know for certain if she would recognize it. I knew the older gentleman who lived in the house, however they recently put him in an assisted living facility. His youngsters put the property up for sale! Whenever the gas heating equipment turned on, the air would whistle through the air duct. The fireplace was interesting, plus they called it a singing fireplace. The sounds it made sounded similar to the strumming of a bass cello. I loved the outdated property, plus I would never be afraid to stay. I remembered my best buddy lived there when we were boys. We used to have sleep outs in the family room, plus listen to the interesting sounds the gas furnace plus fireplace made. Ellie had a sleepover for all the children in our class one weekend, plus I was the only one who stayed the whole night. The gas furnace plus fireplace had them screaming plus totally unable to sleep. When I took my good buddy to the house, Ellie was waiting for us. We showed Cass the property plus asked what she thought about. The place genuinely didn’t impress Cass until the gas heating equipment turned on! She smiled plus said she was buying the house.
