The people I was with and I went to see a friend in a play the other evening, as well as everything did not go as expected! First of all, the place was way more crowded than any of us ever dreamed that it would be! After all, it was just a small holiday play at a church in the village.
I feel all of us never thought about it selling out as well as being sitting room only or anything like that.
It wasn’t like they were professional actors or singers or anything like that! Anyway, the whole city turned out to be supportive to all of the actors as well as the kids in the play. The play itself was pretty good, for what it was. However, there was an issue with the indoor air pollen levels in the room that the church was putting on the play in. The room, even though it was a sizable room, was much too small for the number of people who showed up to see the play. The indoor air pollen levels in the room was just terrible, and part of the problem was the fact that they couldn’t open any of the windows in the room because they were all fixed windows! I feel you can’t make stained glass in double hung windows. It was terrible because the play was over an hour long as well as all of us were all so warm that all of us were ready to leave by intermission. They had the heating running in that place from the moment all of us arrived until the moment that all of us left. I assume that the body heat that almost everyone was giving off made the temperature even higher!
