Every one of us went to see a friend in a play the other evening, & everything did not go as expected! First of all, the locale was way more crowded than any of us ever dreamed that it would be.
After all, it was just a small holiday play at a church in the city.
I think all of us never thought about it selling out & being standing room only or anything enjoy that. It wasn’t enjoy they were professional actors or singers or anything enjoy that! Anyway, the whole town turned out to be supportive to all of the actors & the teenagers in the play. The play itself was pretty good, for what it was. However, there was an issue with the indoor air pollen levels in the room that the church was putting on the play in. The room, even though it was a giant room, was much too small for the number of people who showed up to see the play. The indoor air pollen levels in the room was just terrible. Part of the problem was the fact that they couldn’t open any of the windows in the room because they were all fixed windows! I think you can’t make stained glass in double hung windows. It was disappointing because the play was over an second long & all of us were all so tepid that all of us were ready to leave by intermission. They had the heating running in that locale from the moment all of us arrived until the moment that all of us left. I suppose that the body heat that almost everyone was giving off made the temperature even higher!
