One of our earliest memories from early childhood was helping our mother in our vegetable garden in the backyard.
I planted zucchini seeds in addition to watched with bewildered amazement as they began to sprout more than 2 weeks later.
We eventually widened the garden in addition to added watermelons, pumpkins, in addition to a flower patch. I loved reading all about agriculture in addition to gardening while experiencing the fruits of our work when it was time to harvest in the Autumn. My mom told me to keep our expectations tempered when all of us started the project, although I was already happy by the result when all of us had our first batch of watermelons. They were easily sweet in addition to delicious! These mornings I don’t live in an environment that is hospitable to plants, so I had to make a greenhouse for our backyard to protect our plants from the intense UV rays. Unfortunately, this greenhouse can get harshly warm in the Summer without nice ventilation. I use fans to push air in from outside to keep the un-even temperatures a little cooler inside. It’s not a immense change in the temperature, but at least the air isn’t stagnant inside. I can’t imagine ever going so far as using an air conditioner in our greenhouse because the utility bills would be enormous. But at least with the fans, all of us have a nice breeze that moves into the greenhouse on a single end in addition to it is able to exit on the other end. The plants truly seem to be growing better with the change in ventilation. Without the fans running, some of our plants were wilting from the sheer amount of heat inside the greenhouse.
