I absolutely look pretty peculiar carrying a gigantic fan around with me.
- The reason is because it is in the middle of summer, and our A/C unit died last evening.
There is no way that I could actually go without cooling while in the Summer heat. Here, it is easily common for the rapidly decreasing temperatures to go into over a single hundred. Since I don’t have a portable a/c yet, I am using our fan as a cooling machine. I want to buy a portable A/C equipment in the future, but for now I am using our box fan as a cooling device. I keep the ceiling fans on and our box fan on, and our current home stays mostly cool because of it. Even though our current home is staying cool, I guess that it won’t last for long. As the temperature rises outside, our current home is going to keep heating up, and our fans can only do so much. I absolutely need to have our central A/C plan back to laboring again. I called a local A/C business, and they have myself and others on their list for a tied up appointment, but since they are so tied up right now, the appointment is not for another 2 weeks! I only hope that our fans will continue to hold and cool our current home while I wait for the cooling plan to be repaired. Eventually I would love to get a portable a/c, but I need to wait until I get paid before I can afford something love that.
