I love my group of friends even though we are so different.
Perhaps that is why I love them so much because I can appreciate their uniqueness.
My friend Lisa is a traditional woman who is literally like the perfect stay at home mom. She has dinner on the table every day and yes, she is at the soccer games on the weekends. My friend Tami is a free spirit, and she is into nature and is a minimalist, who lives in the most adorable tiny home that you can think of. Kelly is a bit more on the edgy side, she is the life of the party. She is always at Starbucks, and she is always at various events around town. As for me, I am the old soul of the group. I love staying home with a good book or you’ll also find me rummaging through the local thrift store or flea market. One of my favorite hobbies is antiquing and I love visiting estate sales to see what treasures I can find. And a lot of the times, I end up leaving empty handed, but I do gain so much inspiration from the furniture inside these homes. I have seen the most elegant European furniture inside some of these homes. European furniture is classic as well as elegant and the pieces always have intricate features that make them stand out. Of course, they include a lot of antique as well as custom made furniture. My house is not an estate, but I do have a few pieces of European furniture that I found over the years. They have certainly given my space the look of sophistication.
