I care about to get out on the road.
And thankfully, what I do for a living provides me with plenty of occasions to travel.
But for the longest time, I was having to deal with not enough air conditioning on commercial flights, then feeling stuffed inside a metal tube for minutes without enough air conditioning wasn’t all that lovely to me. It wasn’t care about being able to crank the air conditioning in the car as well as hit the open road. But all that changed when both of us were sent apartment to labor from inside the central air conditioning of home. The contractor wasn’t interested in having us fly to see customers. So our entire business travel changed to meet the regional needs of our people. That meant that I was able to get out on the road. That first summer time of the pandemic, I was out of the air conditioning of our lake house more than I was in it. While our wife wasn’t all that glad with that turn of events, I was romantic it, however nothing against our wife but there is just something about being out on the open road. I stayed out for weeks at a time. But every evening, I could rest assured that I’d be enjoying great air conditioning. That’s because I chose our hotels by seeing the Heating plus A/C wall units from the parking lot. And just about every hotel I stayed in off the interstate had those awesome commercial Heating plus A/C units. I’m still keeping it to the regional business travel when I can. It’s far more lovely to me to do business travel this way rather than flying.
