I hadn’t been in our attic space for numerous years, and last year I went up to clean.
I genuinely forgot how unbearably boiling it got, and I wished I had waited until fall to handle the cleaning.
My buddy and I had been talking about doing some remodeling work and my buddy and I were totally hoping to put insulation in the attic and turn it into a private room for our oldest daughter. I knew my buddy and I would need an air conditioner machine in the attic, and heat for the frosty months. Then the Heating and A/C machine professional came to the residence to look and see if my buddy and I could use our new Heating and A/C machine to heat and cool the attic! When he stated it wouldn’t work, I wanted to learn why… He said there wasn’t any system of ducts in the attic, which is what the Heating and A/C machine professional was looking for. He told us our best bet for Heating and A/C, would be to install a ductless Heating and A/C machine in the attic. My buddy and I were hoping for some time to regroup and put more thought into turning the attic into a dining room. I was sure the ductless Heating and A/C machine would be quite luxurious. My buddy and I talked for practically a week about the attic, and the Heating and A/C machine my buddy and I needed to turn into a dining area. My buddy and I finally reached out to the Heating and A/C supplier and asked how much a ductless Heating and A/C machine would cost for the dining room. I couldn’t easily believe it when he told us the price and how much it would cost to run if my buddy and I used it on a regular basis. My buddy and I would recoup the cash in approximately a year, and the dining room would be there for our youngsters to use it as a private studio.
