I had heard about modular home offices, however I was never really sure what they were until our carnival was canceled due to the flooding we were experiencing at the time… Then many of the people who cooked at the carnival used that cash to help them with their income for the year, plus I wondered what they were going to do this year, then it wasn’t until I was shopping for a single day… Plus I saw the modular home offices set up along the highway in store parking lots, selling food, and they were also able to move those modular home offices to odd areas, then now that they had the ability to use the store parking lots, they were making cash again.

I walked up and ordered enough sandwiches to take up-to-date home for my family for dinner, plus started talking to the man who was inside doing the cooking. I finally asked him if business was better here, or at the carnival, he smiled plus said he didn’t realize the difference until the carnival was canceled… People finally appreciated his steak hoagies, plus followed him around the area.
