The packaging company was my favorite workplace for ten years because it had a good working environment.
If there were any concerns, they would try their best to address them. One fine morning I found the workers in the packaging area in the lobby. After inquiry, I found out that the heating equipment was not working. Even with all machines, it could get cold in the winter without quality heating. I immediately called the heating business and explained the issue the best I could. Initially, the company had an electric heater, but they needed a single heating device to heat and cool the building. That is where the HVAC professional came in and gave them a few alternatives. They opted for the dual fuel system, a combination of a gas boiler and an electric heat pump. The commercial HVAC supplier installed the system. However, the production and packaging areas were not connected to the alternate fuel heating due to all the machinery working; indoor comfort would be enough. However, the homeowner solutions did the heater maintenance by a certified heating technician. What they needed to prepare for was that, unlike the heater, the units required electric heat pump service twice a year. However, that was fine since they had a good relationship with the provider, and it was like they had an HVAC serviceman on standby. The servicemen fixed the problem in a short time, and we were able to resume work. The electric heating system malfunctioned and needed minor repairs. They then reset the wireless thermostat and replaced the HEPA filter. Luckily it was just the units in the packaging area.
