Jacob was honestly not thrilled about the condition of his cooling system recently.
He’s faithful to have it worked on properly, so Jacob was a little concerned when it seemed to start losing its effectiveness.
It was subtle at first, however slowly, it seemed to cool less and less efficiently, until finally, Jacob could not achieve the temperature that he wanted in the beach house despite letting it run longer. Jacob was afraid that it would be some sort of fancy problem that he would have to deal with to get the cooling system working properly. He was fearful of how much it would cost, but nonetheless, he contacted a HVAC repair person as soon as he could anyway. It took him some time to figure out what the issue was, however when he did, Jacob was a little relieved. He explained that there was a crack on the tubes that distributed freon to his system. The crack needed to be patched and the freon needed to be recharged in order for his cooling system to start working properly again. This would not necessarily be all that fancy. He explained that this sort of thing happens a lot and that it was a simple fix. Once he patched the hole, you can bet that it was quite the relief to turn the cooling system on and finally know that cool air was washing over him. It was also a superb relief to pay far less than Jacob thought he would to have his cooling system back.
