Southwest HVAC

Living in the southwestern part of the country has its ups and its downs… Especially when it comes to HVAC, then the up side is that in the southwestern part of the country, in the winter season time months of the year you hardly need any central heating, you only need to turn on your central HVAC unit’s furnace in the evening time for the most part unless the weird frigid morning hits! Which happens only a few times in the season.

  • This in turn saves a lot of money on your quarterly electric bills when you do not have to run the central HVAC component unit twenty four hours per morning and seven days a week.

Which leads me to the downside of living in the southwest part of the United States of america, but in the summer time time months of the year it is complete reverse of what I just said. You are having to run your central HVAC component unit’s cooling twenty four hours a morning and seven days a week almost non stop! Also the fact that the summer time time months of the year last here 7 months of the year unlike most parts of the country, makes it entirely hard on your utility bills as well as your bank account! So there are ups and there are downs when it comes to your central HVAC component living in the southwestern part of the country! But in the end, it pans out in terms of cost because of the minimal use of the central Heating as well as A/C component in the winter season time months of the year.
